In-Person Training:

Pine River

218 Fitness is located on Barclay ave right in Pine River. Community is strong at 218 Fitness, and they offer tanning, sauna sessions, and group fitness classes. I teach full body classes here Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8am! To train 1:1 with me at 218 Fitness, you’ll need a membership.

Martial Arts

Crucial Instincts Athletics is located in Crosslake, only a few minutes from Moonlight square. CIA hosts various classes, including kids classes, woman’s only kickboxing, MMA, and jiujitsu. I teach the ladies kickboxing classes, Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm. Drop in rates are $15 a class!

CrossLake

Crosslake Fitness is located on the south side of Crosslake. This gym is great for experienced lifters, with tons of cardio and strength equipment. I train clients 1:1 here, but no classes are available at this gym. In order to train with me at Crosslake Fitness, you’ll need a membership!

CROSSLAKE

The crosslake community center is located on the North end of Crosslake, with various programs and resources available. Membership to the fitness center is needed to train 1:1 with me. There are various classes offered weekly, and they are apart of the silver sneakers program!
