“Sidney is amazing!! First off she made me feel comfortable with the gym. I wasn’t a be fan of the gym but she helped me make it into a habit and something I look forward to daily. Crazy to think cause I didn’t think a person could enjoy it, from my personalized workouts to just talking with Sidney. Not only did I have a trainer but obviously a friend someone I could talk to about anything. She helped teach me correct forms while pushing me. If I had a pain or something in my body we would learn to stretch it. I learned what mobility stretching was and why it’s so important for you. If I wasn’t feeling the best she would adjust the workout to still push me but not to the point where I wasn’t able to do it. She taught me to listen to my body and what it needed.
